    We collect questions, queries or feedback you leave, including your name, email address, telephone and address, if you use our online form (support ticket) to contact We use these details to respond to the feedback or query you send us. In some instances, this information is passed to the authorised person at Amondial Capital, a contracted supplier, government department, agency or public body that we believe can best respond or assist you.


    We operate a public forum or discussion board to share business information and allow discussions about or project, business plan and services. Some sections of the forum require registration upon which your name and email address will be collected. Participation in our forum is bound to acceptance of our Community Rules & Guidelines.

    Email Alerts

    We collect your email address when you sign up for our forum. In your forum account settings, you can choose if you like to receive Email alerts based on topics (discussions) which you created or replied to.

    Using our live WhatsApp Chat Group and personal WhatsApp Chat Sessions

    We provide a public live chat service using WhatsApp Groups and also offer private one to one chat sessions. We provide these chat services to handle customer enquiries in real time. If you use our live chat services we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, address and the contents of your live chat session.

    This information will be moved from Whatsapp into our support ticket system and retained for 10 years and will not be shared with any other organisations except as noted below. Please note that the Whatsapp Chat Group is public by design and contents of your chat can be seen by others. We highly encourage that you requests a one to one chat session to discuss non-public matters.

    During a Whatsapp Chat session, you can request a transcript of the conversation when you provide your email address at the start of your session or when prompted at the end. If the service that your enquiry relates to is provided by another public body, such as a local Council, please note that we will share your data with the relevant body to address your query.

    Calling our WhatsApp Phone Number
    When you call us over our published WhatsApp phone number, you will speak to a representative of the Amondial Capital project. If you have an enquiry, you may provide your name, contact details and address, so that we can assist with your query. We will make a file note of your query in our support ticket system (also known as customer relationship management system - CRM). We will keep this information for a period of ten years.

    At this time we do not record any WhatsApp calls.

    If the service that your telephone enquiry relates to is provided by another public body, such as a local council, please note that we will share your data with the relevant council to address your query.

    Linking to other Websites contains links to many other government and non-government websites. This Website does not endorse or favour any specific commercial product or business. Non-government sites linked to from this website are present only because they may be useful additions to the information we provide.

    We embed external content from third-party websites such as Twitter, LinkedIn or YouTube. This content is not published on It is delivered using devices and services provided by such third party sites that can be inserted into our site. We are not responsible for this content.

    Whilst we have made all reasonable efforts to display only appropriate YouTube videos through the embedded YouTube player, we are not responsible for any YouTube content accessed from our website. After a selected video clip plays, YouTube may suggest related videos, which can be played in the embedded video player. In virtually all cases, these will be directly related to the subject of the selected video. Occasionally, YouTube users may erroneously assign keywords to a video. It is therefore possible that an unrelated video could be displayed. Again, we are not responsible for this content. If you are concerned about this possibility, you should avoid viewing YouTube videos from the embedded player on this website.

    Where your data is stored ?

    We store your data on secure servers in the European Economic Area (EEA) which we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH. However we use Dropbox as our backup solution who themself have outsourced their data storage to Amazon. We have no control in which countries of the global Amazon data center network the backups of your data will be stored.

    How long do we keep your information ?

    We will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

    The only exceptions are:

    • The law requires us to hold your personal information for a longer period, or delete it sooner

    • You have unsubscribed from a service (for example deleted your forum account)

    • You exercise your right to have the information erased (where it applies) and we do not need to hold it in connection with any of the reasons permitted or required under the law

    Please be aware that your personal right to have your data deleted can be overruled by laws and regulations which require long term storage of sensitive data (for example financial transaction records and data to identify source and targets of such transactions).

    Who do we share your information with ?

    For effective public governance and auditing purposes, Amondial Capital may need to share your data with government authorities. For business improvement (evaluation) purposes, we may also share your data with professional advisers, consultants and contracted suppliers working on our behalf who are subject to obligations of confidence.

    As required by law, we may disclose information to government bodies and law enforcement agencies for their enforcement purposes once we are presented with a legal order to do so. We will never share information other than for the purpose for which it was provided to us.
